The school district requests a copy of the curriculum guidelines and lesson plans - "Universality of Italian Heritage" for use in its schools. The district agrees to teach one or more of the lesson plans during the school year in the recommended subject area(s) and at the grade level(s) indicated.

The district agrees to provide feed back information to the Commission, utilizing the Evaluation Form, on or before the ending of the school year during which the lesson(s) are taught.
